A summer cake should not come along too heavy and so a nutty cake fits well on the table. The sugar can be partially replaced with lucuma powder, depending on your needs and taste preferences. Lucuma gives here still a unique caramel-like flavor.
A fine dessert without much sugar is not so difficult to find. For example, the popular Italian panna cotta can also be prepared well with sugar-free lucuma powder. And if you prefer a vegan panna cotta, you can choose agar agar, an algae-based gelling agent, to achieve the desired creamy consistency.
Baking is simply part of the Easter season. Sweets can also be baked with a sugar alternative, for example with Lucuma powder.
A fine, creamy muesli is just right at any time of the day. Satisfying and strengthening, it also helps during short breaks in the home office.
