Shipping Costs

Our deliveries occurs quickly and safe through our shipping partners DPD, Hermes or Deutsche Post. All orders are processed within 24 hours – often the product is shipped the same day that we receive payment.

Delivery

We normally only ship to the countries listed below. The shipping costs can be located in the following table. If you wish to have your product shipped to a different country, please e-mail us at [email protected], and tell us which product and what quantity you are interested in, as well as your exact delivery address including country and zip code. We will then let you know shortly, whether we are able to ship to your country, and what the shipping cost would be. This must be done as we first have to obtain the shipment options and cost with our delivery partners.

Shipments to Germany and the other EU countries listed below come from our warehouse in Germany.

Information about Delivery Times and Shipping Cost

The following table shows shipping cost for each of the named countries.

As long as the product page does not contain specific shipping information, the standard delivery time for products ordered in Germany is 2-3 working days, and for products ordered in other countries 5-7 working days after receipt of payment.

Delivery in Germany is free with an order over € 35.

Delivery in Austria ist free with an order over € 40.

If you have ordered a number of products that have differing delivery times, then we will send all the products together, unless we have come to a different agreement with you. In this case the delivery time will be that of the article with the longest listed delivery time. 

For environmental-friendly delivery we are using packaging from recycled material. They are perfectly suited for safe delivery of 1 up to max. 4 pouches.
